OVERVIEW
Coaching is a staple for personal and professional development at every level. At times it can fail to deliver the change you want if it is used in isolation and without due regard to the broader organisational system.
Niamh is a qualified analytic-network coach, an approach that considers the broader system within which a person works.
Using this approach the client explores their working life through five frames. Niamh guides the client through this process moving from their inner personal world to their outer world of relationships, networks and their broader context to gain clarity and fresh insights. The five frames are outlined below.
WHO IS IT FOR?
-
Managers and leaders stepping into a new role
-
Professionals navigating change, growth or complexity
-
Anyone who finds themselves struggling in their role and is looking for new insights
The Five Frames
The process of moving through the frames is fluid and adpative and led by the client's needs.

The Personal Frame
The Personal frame explores the values and purpose of the client in the context of their role and organisational context.

The Relational Frame
The Relational frame explores key relationships of the client, current dynamics and patterns.

The Leadership Frame
The Leadership frame explores the client’s understanding of their own leadership style and how it serves them in their role.

The Network Frame
