About Niamh

Working in large organisations for over 25 years, Niamh understands that even with highly engaged and committed employees, the desired outcome is not always guaranteed. People can become frustrated or overwhelmed with the pace of change, too slow for some, too fast for others.

Niamh draws upon her own lived experience along with her background in psychology and organisation development to work holistically with teams and individuals.  She enjoys exploring in a collaborative way the challenges that come with working in large complex organisations in a broader societal context that is constantly changing and evolving.  Applying principles of organisation development and systems thinking Niamh works closely with clients to co-create solutions tailored to their context.

Niamh works intuitively, adapting her style in the moment to meet what’s emerging in the room.  What sets her apart is not only her depth of experience but her ability to make people feel at ease. Her sessions are honest, impactful, and often full of good humour as she believes people are at their best when they feel relaxed and can be fully themselves.
